The house is in a quiet residential area of Cahors, close to
the river Lot and
10 minutes' walk from the cathedral, markets and shops.
A public sports centre, with two swimming pools, is even closer.
Kayak rental is within walking distance.
The well-equipped kitchen has gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave oven and refrigerator. The dining room table extends to accommodate eight or more people. The sitting room has stereo, television and DVD player (all regions). Wireless Internet access is available on request.
There are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and toilet. An upstairs study can be used as a temporary third bedroom; it has its own shower and a toilet adjacent. The laundry room has washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
The garden has lawn, flowering bushes and fruit trees, with patio furniture. Ample parking is provided within the secured premises.
The house is not suitable for small children. Note also that there is a narrow spiral staircase between floors, which may make the house unsuitable for the disabled.
